Brunell - Weak arm
Debatable. You dont break records with a QB that has a weak arm. His arm is good enough..., nothing spectacular but good enough.

I think arm strength is the most over rated quality in a QB. Remember Billy Kilmer? Roger Staubach? Bart Starr? Eddie LeBaron?

I wouldn't call arm strength overrated, but it's one factor among many in considering QBs. Leadership, good decision-making, etc., also matter quite a bit. If a QB has a strong arm and little else, he's not going to be good, just like a receiver who's fast but has bad hands isn't going to be successful.

I've seen successful QB's without arm strehgth. Bad judgement, bad aim are another matter.

Arm strength is a relative term. I don't think I'd ever say any QB who had a successful career in the NFL was weak-armed.
