There is no way the Steelers will take David Patten for a CB who could become a pro-bowler next year (when he learns how to catch).

Hmm...i donno about that one. Now that Randel El is gone, the Steelers might be looking for a replacement. And Patten sure would be a decent 3rd stringer at WR.

I thought they were looking for a replacement, but then the let guys like Antonio Bryant and Andre Davis go. I think they are going to draft somebody late on day 1 and try to go with Ward, Morgan and Wilson as their top 3 WRs. I have no problem with this, they are all very capable starters.

I bet they also wait to see who they can pick up later on in free agency to bring in as insurance at a low price.

i dont know why every one thinks patten is either no good or tradeable.. hes a good reciever with sure hand who had one bad season because of injury... he not going anywhere and if he were we would have heard about it, plus if we got rid of him wed take a cap hit if im not mistaken
