I'm greedy - I want both

... if we can afford it.
We're still thin at WR. Every year at least one WR goes down due to injury. We need more depth ther still.
As for the D, we need depth all over and need to replace LA ... but thats old news.

I thought we would already have news about this guy signing today. What is taking so long this year?
Maybe it is a good sign and we are bargaining better with all of them, as long as the Danny is -not- involved.

maybe ARE was a higher priority. Now that he is in the fold, they should be working on the Carter

No kidding. I better not get too far away from my computer today. I would not have believed ALL these signings on Friday, and we are not done yet.
Where is the cap space to do this?

Apparently no deal (at least yet):
Worth noting: 49ers defensive end Andre Carter left Washington without a deal but will continue to talk. He might visit Denver as well ...

I still have never heard of this guy. Had anyone heard of him, prior to name coming up on a list of possible signings. Randle-El will help us more than Mr. Carter.
