Got a source on that...??? Vinnie will in all likelyhood remain in NE according to the cronies on Sirius. Wouldn't be a bad move for either Dallass or Washington...but I don't think he's gonna budge.

Supposedly NE Radio stations have been saying he's in negotiations.
From what I know, we've put an offer on the table.
$3M might be too much for a kicker, but in Dallas' case, it was the difference between 9-7 and winning the division.
I also hear the Packers gave up on pursuing him because his choices are narrowed down to Dallas and NE.

I heard about this when I got off tonight. This is a good move for AA but he's going to miss the beach

He's coming home.
Irving native who was once the team's ballboy.
He'll move inside in the 3-4. Isn't really much for coverage. Project for Tuna and Zimmer.
I love the signing. One less hole to worry about long term. He's only 26.

But he spent a lot of time at Neptune and Jax Beaches the last few years. He'll miss it. He won't miss the Jags though (they're overloaded with LBs.

Not OLB's though. Del Rio was dead set against him from the start for some reason. Never really got explained.
This might have been the reason he loved to beach so much.
I'm hoping he doesn't end up a "Brokeback" kind of Cowboy.

edit: I'm told you guys made an "overture" at him. I don't even want to know what that means

Haha! I liked him until I saw that site.
Oh, and "overture" means we were pursuing him until Vinny Cerrato found out that Ayodele's favorite actor is Heath Ledger.

That one there threw a monkey wrench in my entire offseason.
There's not much else out in the market for a SOLB. We're gonna have to target one in Rd 1-2.
Hello Bobby Carpenter/Manny Lawson.

I'm happy for Royal, Harris, Clark and Bowen -- 4 guys I liked but realize aren't game changers...glad they all got jobs.

Holy cow! See, that's smart money right there.
Even if Lawyer Milloy is getting up there in age, I would have taken him in a heart beat at only 6 Million for 3 years.
And sadly, I honestly believe that if we tried to pull off that same deal, we would have gone for like 3 years for 10 Million
