i'm not sure if you mean ramsey or betts, but ramsey is definitely still under contract for 2006 and i believe betts is as well.
what's the buzz around jetsland? is there much talk of ramsey? i'm a fan of ramsey and think any team in need of another option at QB would do well to consider trading for him. he has potential and just enough experience that he can play, yet his best days are still ahead of him.

I agree. I dont think Denny Green would trade a top 10-15 wr for a shaky qb ,and a possible future starter in betts.
They also have a good draft pick and a lot of people see LenDale White being available for them. I doubt they would want Betts in that case.

You mean like he blew the Giants game. 160 rating, One TD pass, a long drive for a score in less than a half and then smackmouth ball control to ice the game and put us in the playoffs. He looked terrible.
By the way, over the last 4 years, Ramsey has the highest QB ratings and won/loss ratio on a year by year basis of any Redskin QB. Further, even with a number of just spot appearances on his record, he's still averaging about 170 yds per game.
Your dislike of Ramsey, or perception of Ramsey and his record, appears influenced by factors other than his actual performances. Any objective look at the record would show that he's one of the top backup QB's in the NFL.
In 2004-05, he had arguably the best backup record in the NFL, with a far better rating and record than the starter. This year he was faultless as a backup. What exactly makes you think he blew it?
Exhibition games? When Gibbs had things under such wraps that even Portis looked like chump change. Sorry, the first team did what Gibbs wanted it to without getting hurt and then was quickly taken out. Doesn't count.

I agree Lendale White may be a steal ,and maybe even a more complete RB than Reggie Bush. Thanks for the extra insight my Redskin Brother.

I agree - I like you better when you're just talking about football and the Redskins...
While I agree with you here I'm of the inclination that we need to trade Ramsey this offseason. We could keep him as a backup next year but that just delays Campbell's development. If Ramsey stays on the team as a backup next year he will bolt to another team as an UFA and a chance to start there. A trade this offseason will at least guarantee we get something for him (maybe a 3rd or 4th where we could get another guard or WR).
