Look at the first post of this thread/Sticky.
But I would watch my back from your "dear friend" Punu if I was you. I have the suspicion that he will react with a vengeance with his Hognostications after such derogatory remarks from you last week.

Now I know what a Holy War is.
I'll refrain from picking games. Not my strong suit.

Dear Jansen Fan,
Would you please be kind enough to amend the first post of this thread to include the following line at the bottom:
(FOR THE SECOND WEEK IN A ROW)
Thanks Redeemed. Counting all picks twice every week would be a long boring job if I did not have the reward to rub the results like salt in your open wound.
By the way, not only did you not get a perfect record, you got, as usual, a lower score than mine.
Oh! I forgot: You -and- your friend Peter King are beneath the score by -several- of us! A week to remember.

Yeah, I saw that. However, I did not end up below Punu. I still have bragging rights over him. You hear me, Punu??? This was my worst week down the stretch, and you could not capitalize. "Sooooo close" for yet another week.

While
Redeemed did not get an even near-perfect score this week AGAIN and he will NEVER get a pefect score in all likelihood together with everybody else this season, he got a DECENT finish in a tie on first place with a number of other posters.
JansenFan,
Would you please be kind enough to remove the STICKY status of this thread? We do not want to delete it. We want to keep it as a NORMAL thread to be used later on.
But while aiming for the unrealistic goal of a PERFECT score proves almost impossible to ALL, the
guy had at last a decent 10 - 05 score. Perhaps one of the poorest scores as a winnerin recent weeks but still at the top of the table.
We will give him a brake, ... for now. Thanks in advance.

So, is your 10-06 finish this week "indecent"??? Oh, behave!!!

Redeemed and I had a little (non-monetary) bet going throughout the regular season. Time and time again, he pledged, promised, sworn, stated, and advertised to all that he would caught up with me in the Hognostications score.
Well, as you ALL may have Hognosticated LONG time ago. This prediction was not fulfilled. Not only he did not caught up with me, further distance developed as the season progressed.
The prize of the bet was that the winner would design a "signature" for the other towear for 200 posts. It is time to collect.
Unfortunately, I am running out of ideas today after so much celebration over the holidays and our victory over Philthy and their ugly fans. So, I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions.

how about.....
'i suck at hognostications. this is the last time i put any faith into the bible. i should have known it was all fake, and there was no way it would deliver."

Soft translation:
I have ample room to improve my hognostications next year. I did not pray with enough fervour and, very understandably, my prayers were not answered.
We need more input guys.

My hopeless ability to Hognosticate could be strongly improved if I stop blaming the Lord for all my troubles.

Whatever you guys decide is fine with me. I'm a man of my word, and I won't be affected by whatever you decide to put in my sig. 200 posts, right, RiC? Just checking.
I hereby submit my final sig line, prior to my carrying out my promise:TRO's Picks of Redemption: 158-98 (.617) vs. Texas Hog's Hognostications: 168-88 (.656)
"Picks of Integrity" Home Stretch Streak*: 55-25 (.688)
"Picks of Integrity" vs. "Punu's Pickz"*: 55-25 (.688) to 48-32 (.600)
*(week 13 and on)
Had I only taken this as seriously from Weeks 1-12, as I did from Week 13 and on, I would have had a better chance at finishing closer to the top.
Oh well, there's always next year.
BTW, RiC, I'm down for the playoffs Hognostications, even if it's just you and me, mano a mano.
Our bet

How about:
Hognostications: RiC 175 - 81 versus Redeemed 158 - 98.
17 games difference and countless unfulfilled weekly promises of Redemption.

Actually, the staff and i had a little discussion and we're just going to delete the superfluous, useless, often just basically a smiley posts... so waste your time on it all you want... they're just going to get dumped and not help your 'cause'... and that includes yesterdays.
This board is not your personal play toy... so consider yourself warned. it's a LOT easier for me to just suspend an account than it is to have to clean up after someone because they haven't got a lick of consideration for the other people using the board.
