DERRICK DOCKERY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CUT HIMMMM!!

The play is a sweep against the Raiders. Dockery is running out to block and runs into #21. #21 can ONLY be a saftey or a CB! Derrick Dockery is pushed to the side and tackled by #21.

DERRICK DOCKERY CANNOT BLOCK CORNERBACKS!

John Manfreda wrote:You guys hate me because I look at the Redskins objectively and not biased as hell like most people on this board.

For the record I don't hate you for any reason. For you to say that you look at the Skins objectively is another reason for me not to hate you. Because that just cracks me up, and I can always use a good laugh.

John Manfreda wrote:Like when people were saying Samuels would win the battle against Rice. That shoulndn't have been said its not even debatable, Rice is by far a better player.

Sometimes fans say what they hope, sometimes the say what they feel. You only say what is wrong with what has been said and every now and then you'll throw in a "I told you so"
Get off the soap box.

John Manfreda wrote: I am a fan of the Redskins and your a biased fan. I route for the team, doesn't mean I am going to think the players or coaches are making the right moves. Anytime that criticizes the Redskins gets attacked, called a fair wheather, your not a real fan, I am more a fan than anyone on this board, I have seen them suck and suck again and I still route for them. How is that not being a fan. Don't give me this superbowl crap I was young and vaguely remember them.

Don't give that BS about who's the bigger fan, you sound like one of the newbies.
So what you only remember the lean years, It's 2005 if you can't find video of the crap you were too young to remember when YOUR team went to the Superbowl... well we now know what kind of fan you are

John Manfreda wrote:I am going to be more like thehogs.net members like you. I am really optimistic about the Redskins after seeing them against the Raiders, our defense made turnovers, we limited Randy Moss, Lamont Jordan only averaged 1.9 yds per carry. We really looked good, we just got screwed over by the refs, that is why we lost. It had nothing to do with the Redskins play or play calling.

You couldn't be like me even if I helped you out. You know nothing about me or how I feel after this last game.
I've got over 5000 post on this site. Find one that you can show how I've felt after this game. Find a post about what I felt about the coverage of Moss or the turnovers, Jordan or anything pertaining to my opinon of the game. You don't know me and couldn't figure me out if your life depended on it so don't go there.

John Manfreda wrote:Guess what just because I can look at my own team objectively doesn't mean I don't like them. But no one on this board understands what the word unbiased means.

Objectively and unbiased are two things you are not.
I can honestly say I routinely complain about the Redskins.
Can you honestly say you have once bragged about the Redskins?

The season isn't over yet you can still beat SD8 out the door

Put Jansen, Samuels, Cartwright, Portis, Clark, Dockery, Jacobs, and Thrash on a bus and ship them to Arizona for a 3rd round pick.......they should all equal at least one third round pick.

What about Lavar?

Why do you group everybody together?

OK we are Pro Redskin and you are John Manfreda, but everyone here isn't pro or anti Patten. In fact your Patten comments came in on the coattails of another poster weeks in advance.

I'm just saying don't group us together. Someday you might say something that makes sense and someone may agree agree with you. Next thing you know. you're on of us.

OK no more beer for me

I may complain, of course I am not going to brag ont his website, I have too many friends form Philly, and Ravens, and Dallas fans I rub into. I have said good things about the Skins, just looking at the Skins and there most recent record there are a lot more negatives than positives. I can group who ever I want. The newbies are right anytime someone constructively criticizes the Redskins people on this board say your not a real fan, or a fairwheather. Everyone here is now saying Patten hasn't done jack, after I already critized him.

You're worst then a troll and don't even know it.
You think you are being constructive but you only try to tear down hopes.
You don't have to prove to anyone what kind of fan you are as long as you know where you stand.

Look around you're normally alone. That should tell you something.

The topic of this thread is who would be your first cut. I stated two. Back on topic.

Skinz_Domin8 would get hurt if he thought he were to be cut so I'll flip and and cut JM lose first.

That is because I look at the Skins objectively and without bias. People on this board are as biased as Len, Dr. Z, and Peter King. People on this board complain about bias in the media, but in reality they are no better. I am alone because I can look at the Skins and say were weak in this area, we need help. If Gibbs signed Ryan Leaf everyone on this board (well at least you and a couple of others) would say Joe Gibbs knows what he is doing this is a great move, he can do no wrong. WEll guess what he is human and he makes good decisions like Moss and bad ones like resigning Samuels.

Anybody out there want to get this thread back on topic?

I'll have a bash and say we should cut Royal and Holdman.

all the rest of this stuff aside, Royal (Donald or Robert, take your pick) really is horrible... it amazes me Gibbs continues to give this guy a roster spot... he has the worst hands of anybody I've ever seen... it's not like he's attemting to haul in 40 yard zingers down field, he can't catch a dump pass over the middle, he dropped 5 in the Giants game that were in his lap... and watch him in pass protection some time, if a guy trys to run around him he doesn't move his feet, he reaches with his arms and either grabs or pushes... he's got to go...

I simply wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt until you said the retarded line above. If that was simply an analogy then it was the dumbest analogy on the planet. Do you think that the majority of us on this board, most of whom remember clearly ALL the Redskins Super Bowls would jump for joy if Gibbs signed Ryan......you know what your not worth the rest of my thought.

Back to subject........ Ade Jimoh must go. Immediately. Then shortly followed by all retarded posters on this site.

See I would pick Walt Harris, I mentioned that he doesn't seem to have a clue on the schemes on another thread. My frustration this year comes from the fact that whether or not you people want to admit it we have the talent to win these games. Do we have weak links? Yes! But doesn't every team? Do you think that every player on the Colts produces without error? Most certainly not. We need solid players but what we need more then anything is for our 'team', (the ENTIRE team) to step up and complete 4 quarters of football. I'm not a complainer. I love my team, I always will. I'm not complaining. I'm saying that I find fault in loads of players and I'm not willing to cut them just because they've not produced, if we did that we'd be looking for half a team out there if not more.

Any debate about this now after the Chargers loss? This guy is more afraid of the football than Garo Yepremian...

We should have gotten rid of him weeks ago. Royal can block, but please don't throw him the ball.

The guys has some potential or he's showing something in practices thats making the coaches stick with him. I wouldn't be supprised to see Johnson in there this week. Hell, Brian Kozlowski could catch those passes.

Dan Snyder should be the 1st cut...lol

I think the first round of cuts needs to include:

1) phillip daniels
2) warrick holdman
3) robert royal

I would love to be able to retool the offensive line, but I just don't think we're going to have the resources to do that...as for dockery, i agree, he hasn't really demonstrated very much, so, if there is a guard out there that we can afford, i think that might be a nice move...

however, whatever it takes, wherever it comes from, can we please, please pick up a new offensive coordinator, and a real, all around, d-end...?
