If at the begining of any season, of any sport, you don't think your team is going to be better or do good, why do you even care to be a fan?????

I'm a huge Redskins fan and that is reason enough to think THIS IS THE YEAR.

ROTFALMAO

Well, if it's that many men who don't know anything, we're screwed, lol!

I dunno, but I'd much rather have had the Eagles to cheer for the last five years than the skins.

Well let's see. We had the #1 defense in the NFC last season, and will be just as good or better on that side of the ball this year with several stars returning from injuries. We will be vastly improved on special teams, as this is where we have the most depth. We revamped the offense adding speedier receivers, a top center, Jon Jansen is returning, Samuels appears to have rebounded to top form, Dockery is coming into his own as a premier guard, and Randy Thomas is always rock solid. Clinton Portis is one of the top backs in the NFL, and with the new blocking schemes and deep threat receivers, look for him to once again be over 1500 yards and up around 5 yards per carry. Chris Cooley showed himself to be a top flight receiving tight end/H-back last season so there's no reason to believe he will fall off this year. We have a new power running back in Nemo Broughton, so we will excel in short yardage situations. Really, the only question mark appears to be if Ramsey can eliminate the mistakes at the QB position. But even if he can't get it together, which I have every faith that he can, Brunell has looked like the player he used to be so far, and we have Campbell waiting in the wings for the future. Face it, the E-gals have peaked, and are now on the other side of the hill, while the 'Skins are on the way up. Two teams going in different directions.
