I have never disagreed with a thread on this website more.

Put aside for a second the fact that its fiscally impossible for the Redskins to get T.O.

In fantasy land, OF COURSE WE WOULD WANT HIM!!!

At WORST, he is the 3rd best WR in the NFL behind R. Moss and Harrison.

He would open up the field for the other WRs, for Cooley, and for Portis. He would make the development of our 2 young QBs way easier.

And let's not forget about this: T.O. being on the Redskins would mean that he was not on the Eagles. The only thing better than getting a great player is getting a great player from a divison rival and weakening them in the process.... Plus they'd have to start Greg Lewis and Todd Pinkston which would just be sad/funny :D

We're not gonna get T.O., but I'd sure as hell love it if we did. I don't want to hear that cancer in the locker room talk. I know the guy is a headcase and a prima donna, but last year he played in the Super Bowl while the Redskins watched the playoffs from home for the 5th straight year.

In short: I'd love to take a chance on a player that talented.

Asked if he expects Owens to be with the Eagles next season, Lurie said, "If he wants to win a Super Bowl, he should be."

I am really starting to hate their arrogance.

I cant wait til we stomp a mud hole in their asses.

Look at what happened. Yes - the man is a very talented player. However, he played one season for the iggles - and that might be it. No way in hell do I want a guy on our team that causes as many problems as he does. The problem is not that he is a cancer or primma donna or whatever; the problem is that our team would have to have a super-bowl quality roster during the questionable times he decides to play. It's a 'quick-fix' to say the least. Forget about the money, we need players who are talented - and those players also need to be able to spend time with the team, make adjustments to the system, grow with the organization, etc. He's not a team player, period. Look at the past few SB's. The Patriots have dominated because they work together - share the load. TO's not willing to do that, unless it's on his terms - which, IMO, is not someone who will help our team reach the Super Bowl.

He's going to be an Eagles this year, they'll cut him before next. Then, maybe, hopefully, someone in the NFC will have a chance at dethroning Philthy.
