Amberion... the picks are being posted in the sticky thread in the draft forum.

Ronnie Brown was selected by the Dolphins.

I'd expect Braylon Edwards to go next to the Browns, but they could surprise some people and take Aaron Rodgers.
Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.

Ronnie Brown was the pick.

And I think that pick was smart. The Dolphins were/are nothing without a RB.[/b]

Im thinking they're going to take Rodgers. That'll definately help our chances to get Williams.

I still think the Bucs will take Williams personally, and the Browns love Edwards.

But that's what makes the draft so fun!!!!

Sal just threw out a rumor that the 49ers and Browns were talking about a deal for Alex Smith and the 49ers would take Rodgers with the 3rd pick... don't know how much hog wash it is.

Edwards it is.

We figured in our mock that 1 and 3 might get flip-flopped, but it's a great pick for the Browns IMO.

Could still be a trade brewing though - it happened last year with NY and SD

IMO that also guarantees that Mike Williams will definitely not be available at #9 now as I think the chances of him getting past both the Bucs and the Vikings are slim.

But it is the Vikings, so anything can happen on draft day!!!

Boss I think you're right onwith your assesment. Our only chance is if the Bucs take a running back and the Vikings like Williamson over Williams

Do the trade rumors with the Jets still hold any water? I'd love to see that go through still.

Too bad we can't get Williams now, he would have been a playmaker. I guess we can look for Gibbs & co. to get some role players instead.

The Bucs could take Cadillac Williams (but only if he gets by the Bears at 4), I agree. But i can't see anyone preferring Williamson over Williams. The Vikings do already have a couple of 'big' receivers in Burleson (230ish) and Robinson (210ish), but Mike Williams is a possible stud... I don't think Williamson is.

Still a good player and should be the 3rd receiver taken.

You have to remember that Mike Williams is from Tampa Bay.

Bears take Cedric benson.

Good player... lots of mileage.

13,000 yards in high school and college.

Good player though... he was very emotional and shed a few tears... good stuff.

If Williams makes it to Vikings, I smell a deal including Rod... I din't know what kind of deal, but I smell one.

I think Cedric Benson is a good fit for the Bears.

Now the Bucs could take either Aaron Rodgers, Mike Williams or Cadillac Williams...
