Good for you! That's the way to go!!!

I will be meeting with my financial analyst and then visiting my wife's aunt, who is recovering from a broken hip...See, there are more important things in life than the NFL draft...but damn, I'll be thinking about the draft the whole friggen time...
Sorry to hear that Wysocki. Im going to be there at 11 a.m. even though im having people for dinner, but thats till 8, nothing is stopping me from going.

I'm sure you can because the site has advised the fans to bring cameras. Video camera?...don't know if you are allowed to bring a video camera but the bag thing should not be a problem.....they might just search it at most.
But what do I know...I've never gone to a draft party in the past.

I took a bag last year. They will NOT allow outside food and drink, I'm pretty sure of that. But they alllowed me to carry a back pack with some stuff for Jackson in it. And I brought my camera but it just went in the backpack!

What do they have to eat there? Hot dogs? Pretzels....stuff like that??
I know....I'm getting really anxious......

Well there is all the usual grub plus if you remember correctly Danny Boy put a Hooters on the club level this year. I am assuming it will be open and PACKED.

I just want to add some things for those of you that have never gone. When you walk into the stadium you will recieve a map of the stadium and a schedule. The schedule will tell you all of the events going on that day and where they will be going on. The map will tell you exactly where Hooters is, where the biggest and best cigar bar in the DC area is, where the superbowl trophies are, where the Xbox arcade is, and everything else.
After the first round in the draft........well, close to the end of the first round. They have a live band that plays on the club level. I know the last two seasons they've had the same rock band called Love Seed Mama Jump. They are a really good band and I hope they bring them back again this year.
After the first round the cheerleaders will sign autographs and I always get them to sign their Calendar. They also give a performance for about 30 minutes on the same stage the band plays on.
Its alot of fun and I would highly recommend it over going to a draft party at a friends house or worse staying home all day.
HECK YEAH!!! Two seasons ago it was raining and about 50 degrees and it was still alot of fun. Keep in mind that your in the club level for pretty much the whole time. If you wanted to play some football on the field.....it looks like you got to play it in the rain. Everywhere else will be fine though.
Actually this can be good news. Alot of people might stay home if it rains. Normally I haven't been able to get any autographs from players walking around, because people just swarm them. Hopefully this year they won't have as many people there so I can get an autograph or two. I remember Smoot last year. I felt bad for that guy. He had something like 20 people just swarm him. They were throwing all kinds of crap at him. He had so much stuff in his face that I could have sworn he grabbed a Sharpe from this one kid, but signed ANOTHER kids item with it and then handed the sharpie back to the kid. At least thats what it looked like with all of the hats, cards, seat cushions, and everything else being thrown in his face it was kind of hard to tell for sure.

See we were there last year and there was a nice orderly line where the radio broadcast was going on to get Smoot's autograph. He signed every break when he was doing the show.
Also there are past players who sign too. Last year we met quite a few. My most memorable was Raven Caldwell. That man could still play, as Scott mentioned before. And he was extremely humble about everything he accomplished.

Not really. I'll be there in my "Property of theHogs.net" T-shirt.
Who else is going?
RIP 21

I'll be there with about 10 friends... we usually get there early to snag one of the comfy leather chairs in the cigar bar. I should have on my "...theHogs.net" tee and/or my Riggins jersey (although, I may purchase a ey jersey since there are discounts at the stadium tomorrow - my wife doesn't know it yet )
I'll keep an eye out! We usually hang there but if the weather holds out and it's nice, I'll make my way to the field at some point.
