The skins, like a lot of teams, are currently working out players and figuring out whether they are going to be great NFL players. The way I see it, the team is waiting to take a look at pac man jones or rolle, and then decide if they're going to be a better pick up than say signing dyson. If they see Mike Williams is a great prospect and a must have, and jones and rolle don't impress, they just sign dyson and go after williams.
Right now teams are doing all this so that's why i don't think dyson will be signed for a few weeks if not after the draft
I agree, teams want to see what they get out of the draft and then work from there. Dyson would be a good pickup, he has speed and he is about 25.
Cornerback Andre Dyson, whom the Titans expected to lose via free agency, could still return to the team. Titans GM Floyd Reese told The Tennessean he is examining a contract proposal from Dyson's agent, and that the two sides have been in contact throughout the offseason. Dyson, for his part, indicated he would like to return to the team that drafted him in 2001.

If Dyson returns, not only would it shore up the Titans defensive backfield but it also could have major ramifications throughout the first round of the draft. With Dyson back, the Titans might pass on cornerbacks Antrel Rolle and Adam Jones and use the sixth overall pick to reunite wide receiver Mike Williams with his former offensive coordinator at USC, new Titans OC Norm Chow.
"I was on the sideline and guys were talking about the score, and then it hit me -- we won by 21. I came in the locker room and I yelled it out, and immediately I just kind of broke down in tears. Because I miss Sean, you know."
