I think the trade isn't that far fetched, its about an even swap. A 50 catch reciever isn't anything to scoff at. Plus in a draft that isn't loaded with elite talent, the number 3 pick and the number 9 pick aren't all that different, and the number 9 comes cheaper.
Despite all this, I don't think we have the money to spend on an unproven #3 draft pick. I do think williams is going to be great but its not 100%. We can get what we need at number 9 and look for the future. Keep in mind, the draft comes around every year. We don't have to get our superstar reciever in this year's draft. Rome wasn't built in a day guys.
Great teams are built over years of great drafts

It really is amazing how some people treat this as though it's a fantasy league.
The reality is that the coach has indicated he is not going to trade up! This guy does not play "games" with misleading statements like some. The other reality is that (as has been stated 100 times) we will find it very difficult to trade down given the talent available in the top 90 players - because of both a lack of super stars and the depth of good players.
We are really looking at #9 and IMO taking the best player available.
Some of these scenarios are really fantasy league stuff - but no harm done - its that boring time again.

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)
