They're talking a 15 million signing bonus for Rolle. That would be stupid when we turned down Smoot's request for 14 million. I would much rather overpay Smoot than Rolle.

That's where we're going with this, yes.

I don't see Smoot as wanting to leave. Like Gibbs said, I think his agent is just doind his job and trying to drive the price up. Ultimately, I think Smoot will stay, and be very happy with his contract. I couldn't see him as a Cowboy. Last year he said about Texas Stadium, "If I had a match, I'd burn it down." I'll give you a whole box of matches Smooty!!!!

Texas Stadium is one of the cheesiest looking stadiums around. It's like going into a disco and seeing people wearing platforms and butterfly collars. Did Jerry ever talk puke fans into paying for his new stadium?

I think that anybody that we get to replace Smoot will be good, Gregg Williams made a bunch of no names look great last year and he'll do it again this year if he has to! Smoot or no Smoot, we'll be okay!

Any new news on samuels contract? Is it 4pm there by now?

According to Adam Scheffner (that guy on Total Access) the Samari Rolle threads are totally false. He says that Rolle is going to be with the Cheifs on March 2 were he will probably sign a big contract because they need someone to cover new AFC West foe Randy Moss.

I guess I'm alright with that, I mean Rolle is good and all but I hate wasting tons of money on one star. Id rather just wast money on my man Smoot. I just cant see Cowboys week without Smoot talkin trash.
