I drove an '84 Nissan Sentra in high school - what a ride! :-) I ragged the crap out of that car!!

In all seriousness, a buddy of mine loves his Xterra.

I have a 2004 Laredo - Special Edition, it's great! If your credit is better than mine, it'll be less than $400.00 per month

But just so you know my cousin works at Nissan & if that's more affordable (or whatever), I know for a fact it's a great truck too!

My dad has owned 6 Cherokees and Grand Cherokees that I can recall. It's a good car, but if you don't take great care of it, it will fall apart on you.

Also, Cherokee is made in Canada and now owned in Germany, so that would make it less of an American-made car than a Toyota. :)

Can't argue with that yet, in February it will only be a year I've had it. Anyone I know that has/had one hasn't had anything major wrong with theirs, but we'll see!

We cannot do Cherokee but it's a very silly reason why so I won't share. Let's just say it isn't an option for us.

I drive a Volvo V70 AWD Type R. Love it. Great as a family vehicle and a wolf in sheepskin.

I recommend the Volvo XC70 AWD.
