Scott keeps saying I should be happy, this gives us the opportunity to upgrade our car to a safer option. So I guess on to the future!

Still, if there's a bright side...your big boyfriend made it home, and baby Jackson is gettin' a brand new ride ! Make him part of the process. Let him climb into the prospective choices, try out the car seats. See how he fits, and pretend there's groceries back there. Find something with a good-sized headrest to put the portable DVD players screen on. Ask him if he likes it.
Then, let Tonto open the hood. If there's anything-anything-shiny under there at all...he'll be hooked. It'd be like him getting to ride on Silver and being the one saying "Hi-ho!"
He'll be all, "Yeah, 'Kemosabe' THIS !"
