I don't know, but didn't he play in most of the games to some extent? I still think it was just name recognition.

Probably. I know he didn't deserve to go the previous times, so it's not like this is something new for him. He's played well at MLB, but not long enought his year.

Pro Bowls don't mean anything, there are so many people that go there that don't deserve to be there. I don't even pay attention to them.

Pro Bowl's are Bs Trotter is not better than Pierce and Baily does not deserve to go there. My friend lives in Denver and said he isn't doing that well he made it off reputation. The pro bowls are BS and shouldn't even be an award.

Washington said the downside to making the Pro Bowl was the effect the snub may have on teammates who were not picked. "I know what kind of guys we've got in the locker room. We've got some competitors," Washington said. "Guys that walk around not with chips on their shoulders, but with blocks on their shoulders. I think they're definitely going to take it personal. They're definitely going to raise their game to an even higher level."
