boy am i PISSED. that was one of the luckiest bounces ever. what are the odds of that??? OUTRAGEOUS! the football gods are screwing with us--- the giants already used up all their good luck in the FIRST game between us this year. :evil:

They don't call the horsecollar, but the leading with the crown hit gets called all the time.

i'm sorry, but that's total garbage. he jumped into the air to hit the guy, he can't control what position the other guy's body is in when he comes down. you're going to end up "leading with the crown" if the other guy comes down a certain way and lines up with your head. not like you can take your head off your body before you make the hit.

But lowering it is NEVER good tackling posture. People who teach that shouldn't be coaches.

If you say the personal foul call was BS you are 100% right.

IF you say it was a good call you are 100% moron.

You must assume the WR is going to catch the ball. Therefore you must try and make the play. It was totally a bang-bacg play. I'd guess about 1/2 a second elapsed between the ball coming off his hands and the hit.

TOTAL BS!!!!!

Oh- Giants scores = luck. We are looking good if we keep up this play

true. they are basically doing nothing. we have personally served them their 2 TDs on a silver platter (with that INT, and "penalty"). it's time for us to stop helping them out and start KNOCKING them out.

yes, that's exactly my thoughts about the personal foul. first of all, the receiver was still trying to catch the ball! so it wasn't late, like you said. and i maintain that he wasn't leading with the helmet, it just ended up that way with the way the WR came down, which the DB can't control. overzealous refs.

I'm getting a little antsy, but not like the Dallas games.
The Giants don't scare me, really. The kid is too young at QB.
I really like our chances of pulling this out.
Shockey has been a non-factor, but I expect that to change.
Toomer is the dangerous one. The #3 reciever, Tim Something, went in for xrays. Burress is heavily covered. Tiki is getting a little here, little there.
It looks good, but we have to put up another 10 to cover our collective butt.
