I'd guess so he can talk with Brunell like the coaches do with their headsets!
so he can hear the play being called.

Brunell didn't hit the TEs/H-backs as much as I thought he would.

Yea Brunell needed to hit the TE's more than he did. I wonder how Coles is going to do stat wise this year. I think his YAC will shoot up, but he's going to miss that long ball capability with Patrick on the sidelines.

We need to score more. We really do.
But I'm very excited, and I think next Sunday shouldn't be too hard either.

Wow, thats pretty bad man. You can't do that in football, did you see that Saints lateral party last year, or the Tenn. miracle? Anything can happen at any time. I mean I got scared too, but I knew this was a different team. Even Gibbs admitted to be a bit worried at some points. But never give up, thats when you lose.

This is the truth Besides the starting D hasn't given up a TD yet not during the pre-season or this game so a FG may win a lot of games this year

i don't care if we win games like that all year at least we don't look like we don't belong on the field (see last two years)

For Gibbs and the Redskins,
Gibbs was expressionless throughout most of the game, but he pointed to the crowd and gave a thumbs-up sign before heading into the tunnel after the final whistle. It was his 141st career regular season win and the 500th regular season victory in Redskins franchise history.

And just think. The next two quarterbacks to take on this in-your-face defense are Kurt Warner and Vinny Testaverde.
Not exactly Carl Lewis and Darrell Green.
