Yup...

So stopping them should be no problem, right?

You'd think so...

You would, but yet...............

Either way, held them to a field goal. Good job.

If there were an official stat for "Dropped INT chances" -- the Redskins would be the far-and-away leaders.

They can't be laying this whole game on the defense. they've done their job. now it's time for the offense to do their's.

Is giving up 3 pts acceptable on their opening drive? Better than letting them get 7, I guess. Now we'll what the O is made of.

They're up by 6 and their offense hasn't scored. We need to put pressure on their secondary right now, run it on first down with portis then take a shot deep, if nothing else it will get them thinking about their lack of DBs

The defense has been fine today for the most part. But they need to start generating a pass rush. It's been embarrassing all season.

Yes, those four embarrassing wins

we need to hit a couple of deep passes to open up some running lanes for CP and LB.

St. Louis won TWO games last season, any other year and they'd be the worst team in the league. Both their offensive and defensive lines are weak, a real contender would be smashing the Rams 21-0 at halftime, we should be absolutely in control of this game start to finish.

The fact that we're not tells us a little about the players on this team. The Redskins may have been just getting our hopes up.

We need to come back in the second half and really dominate the Rams or else we're going to slide backwards in this NFC contender picture.

Jesus christ. It's HALFTIME.

Yeah, it's halftime and we look inept. How long should I wait until I'm disappointed in the level of play that the Redskins are exhibiting?

I'm not saying they can't pull it out, but they really need to step it up. We're favored by 13.5! Just winning this game isn't enough to keep the respect we've earned. We need to stomp the Rams.

(Notice how since the Redskins have actually been playing well and not like a laughingstock ESPN is giving them a lot of ink! Anti Redskins bias indeed.)

Good job of taking something completely out of context and twisting it around. The pass rush has been "embarrassing" all season. No consistent pressure, very few sacks, etc.

I don't understand why they can't hit a big play down the field against this defense.

we need to end this drive with a TD instead of a turnover!

They have a lot of tipped passes. Sacks aren't everything.
