I don't care. 7-3, Dallas at the half.
Let's see what Joe comes up with for a fix in 12 minutes.
How in the hell did we get trolls here on GameDay ? Aren't there any Cowboys sites out there for them ?
Ah, listen to me.
Nobody ever says "It's just a game" when their team is winning.

Refs 7
Skins 3

The difference in the game is Jones is outplaying Snyder - He bribed the refs properly!

Dude, chill. I was half joking. But a good stand nonetheless.

Truly the refs screwed us big time twice! But truly, there's no excuse for not converting on first and goal on the one...

OMG - are you seeing what I'm seeing?

Yup, and for what it's worth, that drive was only two yards less than the entire Dallas offensive production in the first half! Wow!

You mean, that's no excuse for not bringing Betts in, if you ask me, which you didn't. :)

Not worth much, IMO. Dallas was able to convert the 1st and goal while the Skins couldn't finish the job.

just got online everybody, but I've been watching it. Personally, I think Brunell shouldn't be in there. True, Coles did drop 2, but Coles caught the one by the GL and if Brunell would have led him, we wouldn't be complaining about the time managment. He would have already been in. And his last pass...what was that? I know it was tipped, but he was WAAAAAAAY off the mark anyway....Cooley was the only one close to being open and he was at the pylon.

Also, Brunell has been late on a lot of passes and behind them.

With all the struggles the Skins have punching the ball in from close, it sure would look nice to see the Rock in uniform. Portis just doesen't have the power to drag people across the line. Also, the quarterback option on second down was wide open. The Cowboys sold out on that play. Brunell could have walked in the endzone backwards. Clock usage was also pretty shaky in the final 1:30. I guess it is going to take Gibbs a little time to get back in the groove. He sure doesen't have the luxury of a John Riggins this time around. The Riggo would have scored on first down. All in all, we didn't play our best ball yet, and are down in this game because of a terrible pass interference call in the endzone. Dallas has not done ONE thing on our defense. Let's hope our last drive before the half is a sign of things to come in the second half.

And yes, it should only be (accepting what happened with us on 1st and goal) 3-0 Skins. Nice officiating. I've never heard Madden and Michels so against a call before. They really thought it was a bad call, which it was.

One more thing and I'll hope you all respond to it....Why is Taylor missing so many tackles? Arm tackles by Taylor? What is he doing? He did make a nice pass breakup, but his tackling has been terrible thus far, IMO.

Right now, the "master" is Williams.
Gibbs will get his turn soon.

Taylor is missing tackles because he's looking for a big play.
He will settle down. Hopefully, soon.
This is part of why he's been inactive.
