Barf. Fans are acting like a major pack of p******* about Griffin getting the start.

"Eeeeeeww give him more tiiiiiime to get comfertable with the awwwwffense. eeeeeeeeeerggh."

How is he going to get comfortable with the offense sitting on the sideline?

Give me a freaking break. Dude is a football player and an insane athlete who is ready to get out there and play for us. We should be hyped to see him on the field this weekend. Instead the fan base sounds like a bunch of helicopter parents who won't let their kids play contact sports because they might get a boo boo. Man up!!!!

I'm EXCITED - everyone should be ... there will be a time soon when everyone realizes this kid is a really special player

I cannot wait to see him utilize his speed and his passing ability to help this offense again

we are so lucky - nobody will ever convince me that the picks we gave up would have become great NFL players
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

People have completely forgotten what an electrifying player he was in 2012. Maybe the naysayers are right and he will never reach that level again, but we will never find out if we don't get him back on the field.

BINGO - there's no point in waiting - if he's healthy, he's playing - we get to finally see that he's the great QB we've been waiting for

I can't believe some of these fans - don't they want him to play - this is what he's worked for

Or we find out he's not. Right on though, man. Either way we get him out there and find out one way or the other.

I'm with you though in feeling optimistic about it. I still think the offense has the potential to be really explosive, and I'm encouraged by how well they played with our THIRD STRING QB came in.

I am VERY confident about Griffin's health - my only concern is how long it's going to take him to both run the offense the way that Gruden and McVay want AND to become better at reading defenses

HOWEVER - we all need to know for sure if he's going to be the QB we need - if he's not going to make it, sitting him is wasting time

I don't see how this kid with his upbringing and his discipline cannot be the QB we expect him to be

I'm sure he's anxious to get back on the field with his team

btw - from the photos and video I've seen it looks like Griffin has added some weight/muscle
