Any chance of Gilbert only taking a handful of shots this game??
He may, during the last game he has 13 assists and only 8 points. Gilbert draws attention and if he can find the open guy instead of trying for the hard shot, thats more points.

The only way the Wizards are going to beat the Bulls is if they find some way to guard Ben Gordon, and I think it will have to be Larry Hughes or a combination of two guys.

As if the NBA read my mind, here are the two stories I got in my NBA Daily e-mail...
Playoff Preview? Wizards, Bulls Meet Tonight
Lacy J. Banks writes in the CHICAGO SUN-TIMES that the "Bulls' game tonight in Washington could be a first-round playoff preview, and it will mark the rubber game of the season series." The "Bulls hold a two-game lead for the Eastern Conference's fourth seed -- and home-court advantage in the first round -- over the Wizards and Indiana Pacers." If Washington and Indiana finish with the same record, the first tiebreaker is conference record, and the Pacers are two games up in that category."
For the rest go
here.Baller of the Week: Hughes vs. Gordon
When the Wizards face the Bulls on tonight (ESPN, 8:00 ET), two Nikebasketball.com ballers will be front and center as Larry Hughes and Ben Gordon match up. Who will be the ultimate baller at the end of the night? Which player will lead his team to victory, pour in the points, grab the rebounds and contribute those infamous intangibles that make ballers ballers. The polls are open, so vote now.
For the rest go

Well the Wizards must pull through and take back their fourth seed they had for most of the season. I just want to know if Gilbert will put up 40 points or 13 assists

It's good we beat the bulls, awesome in fact. But we wanted NJ to win which would give us a beter record than indiana, i can't believe no one's mentioning that. sigh.

Yes I know the Net beating the Pacers would have given us the 5th seed, but we did grab a playoff berth for the first time in years. Next the Cavs, we must continues the strong play from the Bulls game and win all the games in the final 5 gamee strench, hoping the Bulls and Pacers lose games

If I am correct we have the tie breaker over both the Bulls and Pacers individually
Where the problem comes in is if all 3 teams tie we lose on conference record
Of course that all depends on us at least tying our record with these teams

I think since the pacers beat us during our sad 5 game losing streak that they have the tiebreaker on us. We want that fourth seed.

The Pacers did beat us during that 5 game losing streak. The Wizards do want that fourth seed and if they want it, they cannot lose any more games and the Pacers and Bulls got to lose some more games.

In what may be the only game shown in Australia all year featuring the Wizards we put on a good show and won
Strangely found myself barracking for the sixers - glad they beat the pacers

The Wizards just moved to 5th seed and trail the Bulls by only one game.

Bulls are 46-34
Wizz are 44-35
Pacers are 43-36
rest of season is :
Wizz host Charlotte, Pacers @ Miami on Sunday
Pacers @ Orlando on Monday
Wizz @ New Jersey, Knicks @ Bulls on Tuesday
Wizz @ Knicks, Bulls @ Pacers on Wednesday
So a game we are interested in every day til the playoffs
It is difficult seeing the Bulls losing a game so we can catch them - our best chance is the Pacers
Luckily our last 2 away games are in NJ and NY so not much travelling required

All the Wizards games are winnable and the Pacers look like they will lose another game, since they play Miami.

Well the wizards won against Charlotte just (2 points at home dont fill a fan with confidence)
Currently the Pacers are trailing Miami
If the game goes as expected it makes wizards one game behind and Pacers are 3 games behind the Bulls

I know a 2 point win agains the Bobcats doesnt seem to good, but we can hang with some of the best. Hope to do some damage in the playoffs

Pacers lost again - so its just us and the Bulls competing for the number 4 seed and homecourt in the first round of playoffs
Before this year I would take any win regardless of how ugly it got. But now with the team playing well I want them to beat the lesser teams with a bit of style
Funny huh?

Looks like the Bulls will keep the fourth seed, due to that lost last night to the Nets by the Wizards. Atleast we know the Wizards have a good chance against them.
