Smoot needs to be moved to the Media Relations office with Antwaan Randle-El and never step on the field again.

Without a doubt, don't ever say that here in St. Louis, you will get shanked.

He does not seem as bad in baseball as football.

And you should be promoted to Director of Player Personel.

I wonder if the finale of True Blood will provide any comfort later tonight?

Unfortunately, this is exactly what I expected to see. If we win 8 games again this year, I'll be shocked. Keep upgrading the D in the offseason, but the glaring fact is we have NO offensive weapons outside of Portis who is on his last leg! Gonna be a loooooong season fellas.

It's been the D as the problem today.

just shows JC's field awareness is TERRIBLE... considering he was two yards past the line of scrimmage when he threw that...

This is exactly what we didnt want. We were all talking about Campbell coming out and getting into a rythm to help his confidence, but instead its Manning who gets the entire first half to make plays.

Let's just assume it is going to be 17-0 here in a minute. Then, what is the game plan?

It's been the D? Our O has what...8 or 9 total plays so far the entire first half? No defense can play the entire half without wearing down! The need a break longer than 3 or 4 plays.

I wonder what the Giants average yards per play is. Probably around 10 - that's only 10% of the field length. That's a pretty low percentage - nice job D!
