That is the only way he'll be benched, you are correct.
The road to the number 1 pick gaining speed!

You almost have to wonder if our Oline just gave up on Brunell.
Conspiracy to hurt him?
Not a bad idea...right now he and John hall are stealing money from The Danny
SPIT HAPPENS!!

THE BEST TEAMS ARE THE ONES WHO HAVE BEEN TOGETHER THE LONGEST UNDER THE SAME SYSTEM. WITH SNYDER AS THE OWNER, WE HAVE NO CHANCE AT GOING TO THE NEXT LEVEL.
BUT I STILL LOVE THE REDSKINS!!!!
Get over yourself, dude. Snyder is not the problem at the current time. He didn't turn to Gibbs and say "these are the players on my wish list". It was the exact opposite arrangement. Snyder's willingness to spend is the reason why hopes get so high. But still, please at least make the effort to note that Gibbs wanted to bring all these people in.
You didn't acknowledge the first part of my statement... do you disagree with my assertion that continuity is important to sucess? The Redskins have had by far the lowest level of continuity over the last 6 years, and their record shows it. They changed the least from 2004 to 2005, and look what happened toward the end of the 2nd year... a playoff team.
Anyone who thinks that you can just overhaul a system and win football games first-year is a fool. And when you repeat the same mistaken strategy 6 years in a row, that qualifies for moron status. I don't think Gibbs pulls the strings here. I'm also just a little ticked off that we never got to realize the benefits of struggling through the growing pains of building a good team. Every year the foundation was layed, the first floor was built, and Snyder came out and said "it's ugly, tear it down and start again!"
As I said before, Snyder has destroyed the Redskins that I grew up watching.

Well, to me it looks like Brunell doesn't know the offense well enough to be confident in throwing anything but the short passes. On top of that, he hasn't got a lot of time. If he had a long time to throw, he could probably make up for not knowing the offense like the back of his hand. Since he doesn't, he looks pretty lost. Hopefully they'll work it out soon.

I agree. I was just hoping being in garbage time, at least Gibbs would take a look at the kid. My mistake.
You'll always be remembered Sean. R.I.P.
Yea nothing major maybe a pulled hamstring or something. Ya know?Chris Luva Luva wrote:dnpmakkah wrote:I hope we get the ball back in hope of seeing someone other than Brunell out there. Add to the issue that he doesn't even throw the short passes accurately and I think you'll have it.

Gibbs would still play him. Look at last year.
