did you act civil in this thread?? No... you came in here calling our players pansy's, and questioning there manhood! Curveball doesn't do that stuff so he is rarely attacked and if he is there's usually someone around to stand up for his right to speak....

U surely didn't act civil. And one thing is that you pumped out all these life facts about yourself and how smart you are and put TC down for what he said, you came right back and did what he did to U. That makes you just as wrong, if not moreso. You came back and attacked him personally, two wrongs don't make a right. You may be a smart cookie, but that gets you nowhere here. I spouted out all of my accomplishments at my age of 20 and that got me nowhere. Just your posts are your credibility, and you sunk to did to him what you complained of him doing to you.

Gosh every board I've ever been part of calls this sort of nonsense flaming and you get kicked off because of it. I mean c'mon can we get back to ball? Hey BH is this what us newbies should expect?

I like it when the vets tape the rookies to the goalpost and make them carry equipment around and stuff. Lavar's prank was both original and clever.....However he should of used whip creme so nothing bad happened to soon to be perenial pro bowler, Sean Taylor.

By standing up for my team, i am talking about the Posts that I have been involved in let's see how civil they are. Puke fans..no need to be angry, Cowboys fans are, Cowboy Fanboys, We'll for sure beat Dallas this year, skins vs cowgirls - on monday night, Cowgirls suck, The people running the Cowboys fan 2 fan site, Cowboys sign Wiley, Free Agency and the Cowboys....this is how you do it, DANG (Actually another word that would get me booted but it's not in the smack forum, hmmmm thought you couldn't cuss... guess that just goes for fans of other teams) Dang the Cowboys got Henson and so on. I like a good smack talk now and then, and who better to smack talk with than teams we see twice a year! The VaGiants fan site sucks, haven't seen a Fecals site, so that leaves ya'll!

So if calling your guy a pansy and saying he won't be as good as our player is not civil, then I guess I can't be civil. It's not like I came in and said somebody's mama wears combat boots or anything. Sheesh. Maybe they should rename HogWash to Walk on Eggshells so as not to offend anyone.

DCF... while I will admit that your original post that you were warned about was marginal, most of your posts since have pretty much removed any need to go back and apologize for any type of post moderating.

I don't have the time to go through all of your rhetoric, but I will address a few things.

1) There are children on this board. if you don't like the editing of profanity, find somewhere else to go... for further clarification... i would never moderate 'Dang' but any time you throw up a cuss word whether it is with asterisks or not (what are people stupid?), you will be warned and have your post edited for you. Every time. That is just the only way that we can try ad maintain a level that is acceptable to all ages.

2) Calling a guy a pansy is a fine line. I am going to add a rule to the Forum Rules as it pertains to flaming. This is a classic example of flaming. When someone doesn't really bring anything really factual as much as they bring an insult, that's basically what I would consider a classic example of fanning a fire that didn't previously exist. So... while you may be guilty of flaming, which is what Wingman was getting at, I will concede that there is not a real rule laid out to define what a flame is and so I will make a change to the rules for you when I have a moment.

But you have gone on to insult people, whether back-handedly or not, in your attempts to defend your right to come on here and say that one of the Redskins player's is a pansy.

I think Cowboy fans need to try and understand something... this is a Redskin forum. We Redskin fans are not even allowed to post in Cowboy forums due to extreme censorship. We may not be perfect for you, but we don't have to be. We don't mind 'foreign guests' at all when they are bringing football conversation and not argument for the sake of entertainment. But that is all that is acceptable and available to you because any time you feel the need to just insult the Redskins, the team, it's players, or it's ownership... whatever your fancy... you'll be pointed to the new 'flame' rule.

If you don't like it, go to a COWBOYS board for your love. Come here when you can follow the rules.

Redskin fans... you're not blameless in this either...

1) Don't be so sensitive to someone just BECAUSE they are a Cowboy fan... try to look at the post... not the post-er.

2) You are guilty of many of the same infractions in your 'attempts' to keep the thread in line.

Lastly I would like to add that I honestly have a lot better things to do in my life than to spend hours sorting through the bickering. When the new rule is established, it will be enforced with extreme prejudice. If that ruffles feathers and you feel that takes away your desire to participate in this forum, then as far as I'm concerned, it's just less work for me and the other mods.

We have Redskins fans on our site that obey the rules and post frequently. We have some that come over and post and get booted very quickly. When Lavar came from behind with the shaving gel pie and smashed it in Taylors face, it did a number of things. First, it startled him. That would happen to anybody. Second, it burned the crap out of his eyes, which would happen to anyone. And third, all that drama happening on camera while he was having his moment, embarassed him and put him on the spot, as it would happen to anyone.

I just saw the video of this. It wasn't that bad. When I read the article it sounded a lot worse. I don't see what all the fuss is about. When I read the article and saw how many pages was on this thread I thought Sean was yelling "I can't see" while in complete agony. All he did was say in a regular voice "I can't see" and walked inside wiping his face. He didn't look that upset. I didn't get the impression that the prank went terribly wrong. It was no big deal.

Hazing ought to be banned anyways. It was only started so that played out old vets had an excuse pick on the guys who were going to steal they thunder on the field and their jobs in the end. I don't buy this crap "you have to earn your way in the league" because apparently they already did. Their getting a contract aren't they. They work their butts off through college (and the rest of their lives for that matter) work at combines and mini-camps.The only place they need "to earn their way" is on the football field.
