At the end of the day, I just root for whoever's on the team when week 1 arrives.
Man I enjoy following the draft, but I think your position is probably the smarter one.

The Redskins front office didn't do anything great IMO but more importantly they didn't "pull a Chicago." So I am basically on the same page, opinion wise, with everyone else and will grade their 2017 draft with a solid B. I have heard rumors from various online sources that they tried to move back up into the late 1st round to acquire Reuben Foster before losing out to the 49ers

, but if they had made that happen I would upgrade their draft grade to an A+. Getting Allen at #17 looks great and should be great, but moving up for Foster would have been the icing on the cake in my book. However, if we can sign Cousins to a long term deal before the June deadline and one of the potential nose tackles on our current roster pans out then I will be ecstatic regardless - HTTR

I heard the same thing. Let me ask you. Would you right now trade Ryan Anderson, Fabian Moreau? I think those selections we would have had to give up to get him.

You are absolutely right when it comes to hindsight, and so to answer your question if I knew that we had to give up our 2nd and 3rd round picks that now have a face to them I am more on the fence about it

My point of emphasis was that in order to receive a really high grade the Skins FO needed to do a little bit more maneuvering. Time is always the true judge OC!
