I see a team with the talent... And a coach who can't make adjustments, but routinely gets out adjusted at half time. This rang true last year too

Which is why I asked about the Rams ability to adjust earlier. It seems Gruden comes out anticipating the opponents adjustments and takes us out of what was working.
