Agreed on all counts.
Only thing about Amerson that's confusing as hell is the potential he showed last year.

The pic that said it all to me was the shot of Gruden and the cut to RGIII and they both had the same expression: clueless. They are identical, from the same mold. They both know how to give a great press comferance, say all the right platitudes and dogma. Neither has a clue on how to pull a team together and win a football game and this, right now, is thier highwater mark. They are babes in the woods trying to hand feed sharks.
