Good Luck w that.
I personally dont bet against my team- superstition I guess. And probably the only Lame to get it right when we beat the niners in a cple weeks!
Laptop would probably be better. Not sure why its not saving my pics.. im kind of over it tho. Being as many games back I cant afford to lose games I predict correctly. No bitterness here- im just done with CBS. Having to email picks every week sounds like a pita- the app didnt have hognostication, only fantasy. .
Not buying.
Lame arguments are lame.
Superstition is lame.
Hognostications are in fantasy.
Dude is lame.

No problem picking against us for money (though this game I would've taken us).

Congrats on the amazing foresight! I hope it cost ya when we beat the niners next week (like when we beat dullass) and you STILL dont win any money this week!

I see the whole football pool like saying hey, "I bet five bucks your good team beats my crappy team."
Not judging- not much of a gambler either
except cards.. and betting on my team even when the odds are clearly against us..

^correction I bet on my team or I dont bet.. never pick them to lose nor do I bet on another mans hand. I play what I got or dont bet. Rather simple really.
I can see picking against the skins to win money- just isnt something ill ever do

Anyway, I've been playing in a football pool at work for decades. I'm not gonna stop playing and I'm not gonna bet the Redskins to win every week when they suck.
Pretty simple, really.

Fwiw I went to see who all picked who and just noticed I wasn't on there as picking them.
Its half time- mia down by three and I still think they pull it off!!
I had MIA but COMPLETELY FORGOT TO MAKE PICKS!
The difference is I didnt forget- and I posted my pick at half time despite a 3 point deficit.
Not sure why cbs is so screwy. I have issues viewing movies on cbsports.net too.
I took a screen shot of the error message if u want to report it

Wallet fatter by $105.00.
If you get involved in a tie-break before the playoffs I may use your MIA pick.

Sure you did.
OMMFG! I remembered to make my picks!
Took the 49ers at work for money. I hope I lose.
The nice thing about last week was even though I was heartbroken about the Redskins losing ... my wallet got fatter. Pretty lame I guess.

Did your mom take away your passy to soon? Do you need a hug or something? The two losses it cost the pukes when we came to town is priceless! I live in puke country, and the pouty faces were classic!

for your wallet- do you feel the need to justify betting against the skins? Does my opinion mean that much to you tho? As much as I love collecting from my puke friends, id gladly pay up rather then bet against us.

Nope. Thanks, though.

I'll say. I loved stopping in at Sheetz at 6:00 AM and sarcastically shouting from the rooftops "How 'Bout them Cowboys!"

Nope. But it kinda seems like my football pool playing principles, i.e., trying to win money, bother you a lot. I enjoy poking.
cowboykillerzRGiii wrote:As much as I love collecting from my puke friends, id gladly pay up rather then bet against us.
I DO pay up when I wrongly pick against us and it's the best money I ever spend. You don't seem to get that part. You seem to think that once I bet against us I want us to lose. You spoke of superstition once. I almost feel like when I pick our opponent it gives us a better chance. How 'bout we put that in our pipes and share a smoke?

Sounds good. Not sure why you didnt let it die after I acknowledged that fans bet against the Skins to win money, and I understand why.
Calling me a liar about what I bet vs Dullass (in different words) was pretty lame. . Lying is a special kind of low and taken very seriously in my house- not that it or my bets matter to you.
Good chat. This place has become tense w the line drawn in the sand for Rg3 supporters and the non supporters. Hard not to let some of that effect ones attitude throughout the board

Same thing in reverse. Never called you a liar. You couldn't hear the tone of my voice when I typed "Sure you did."
Did you actually bet a puke fan $200 straight up on that game? Ballsy to say the least. You do that every game?
cowboykillerzRGiii wrote:Good chat. This place has become tense w the line drawn in the sand for Rg3 supporters and the non supporters. Hard not to let some of that effect ones attitude throughout the board
Very true. Please know you are one of the guys I generally defend. BTW - I miss your urban slang filled diatribes.

^ ya I know you do.. and that we have similar views on things, aswell as both of us bleeding b&g thick and thin!
I guess saying its lame is a form of judging , but I get it. And you probably win more football pools then me considering ive only got the skins right 3 times this year!
So I mentioned living in puke country- I have annual bets w three friends that used to be a case of beer- but since I quit drinking two years ago its been cash.
Being a skins fan in NM makes me the honorary spokes person for the team. I have to answer to why we lost why we suck how we are looking in practice etc.. The puke fans with their head in the clouds high off some wins vs poor teams didnt like my constant crap talking durimg dullass week. To add to my regular bets some friends told me to put my money where my mouth is- so I obliged. All in all it was 13! Separate bets- more then usual, but less then how many people I bet in 2012!

Deadskins, barring something unusual it looks like it'll be between you and me, with Countertrey and tribeofjudah still in it.

I'd appreciate it if you'd stop looking at my picks before setting yours; this tying stuff is getting annoying.
Seriously though, this is reminding me of 2012. I'm sure I'll have a late-season swoon again and wind up in second, or even third, place.

BTW - it was Duval by .05 until a correction just after the matchup ended. I think a solo tackle became an assist.
