Here in NY, Jets fans are furious. Not pleased with last-year's Sanchez, but consider this Tebow move = insanity.

Tebow is a joke but hes smart to the Jets as the Jags will always take him with arms open no matter how he is.

Just my opinion:
Another reason why Tebow wants to be in NYC is to have one of the biggest platforms as a city in the biggest pro game, the NFL to display his LOVE and AFFECTION for the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Will NY ruin Tebow? perhaps
Will Tebow convert all of NYC into Christianity? He'll sure give it his best shot.

A few excerpts:
-snip-
Tim Tebow is Howdy Doody in a helmet. No, he is Opie Taylor running for touchdowns — while reciting Bible verses, stopping to find a lost dog, visiting sick children in a hospital and helping a little old lady across the street, all before he reaches the end zone.
So, get ready New Jersey, now that Tebow has been traded to the Jets, you’re about to experience a dose of wholesomeness this area hasn’t seen since milk trucks stopped delivering to your door.
Tebow is the God-fearing, All-American evangelical hero — born to missionaries and delivered during a miraculous birth — who pledged his life to Jesus at 6 years old.
-snip-
But he makes enemies, too. Because for every fan (or teammate) who loves that Tebow begins every interview by praising “my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,” there’s another fan (or teammate) who wants a constitutional amendment imposing a separation of church and sports.
-snip-
• How will Tebow like playing for a loudmouthed coach who talks like he’s memorized the “F” edition of the curser’s encyclopedia — not to mention Ryan’s apparent foot fetish?
• With Tebow around, will Ryan still refer to team treats as “g------ snacks”?
-snip-
He’s a virgin. He doesn’t lie, cheat, drink or use drugs. He’s handsome, goes to church regularly, has a foundation that builds hospitals, and he makes several million dollars a year. When he doesn’t come right home after work, it’s because he’s doing charity work.
Every woman with a daughter knows that’s code for: He’d make a great son-in-law.

Yeah, but you wouldn't want to get stuck in an elevator with him though, would you...?!?

I wouldn't. Other tempting comments belong in Smack I suppose.
