Jason Campbell is one of our many faults...
It seemed to me that every series, either on defense or offense, we made one mistake. In some instances, critical mistakes...This team does NOT play with an edge or with passion or fear. For example -- Tryon holds the guy on a 3rd down play in the 4th quarter and Gray talks to him and pats him on the back. Way to go Gray...give him an explaination but end it with "it's okay" pat on the back -- gimme a break.
We need coaches that make our players fear making a mistake...they come out ready to play, with passion and heart. This team is not afraid of anything...the head coach is too laid back, the defensive back coach pats them on the back after a bad play. Then, there's our special teams coach -- that guy has to have photos on someone, our STs are horrible -- week in, week out.
Back to Jason -- the guy is NOT accurate. He overthrew Moss who was wide open, he threw the ball 4 feet over ARE's head. With this kind of quick throw offense, accuracy is key. He is not accurate and not decisive at all. I'd cut Collins and sign Garcia. Garcia starts and Campbell is 2nd string.
An as others have said, our OL is horrible, maybe the worst in the league. I'm not convinced any of our starters today are starting caliber players...2nd stringers, yes.
Who is that punter? Don't get me started on their CBs and Portis!

The Redskins aren't in this hole because they don't have Woody Hayes as the coach. The Redskins suck because they don't have the right personnel.
Joe Gibbs is a "nice guy" coach. He probably has never raised his voice before.

the Redskins have to forfeit the rest of the season. This team is an embarrassment and a disgrace to the fans, the city, past great Redskins players, coaches and the team legacy (obviously before Snyder’s time).

I have heard many stories of Gibbs going off behind closed doors. I'm sure he didn't curse much though, but I am sure he got his point across none-the-less.

If there is a coaching change, don't be surprise to see Jerry Gray step in as the interum. I could see our "2nd set of eyes" calling plays too. I think that they have had Gray grooming to come in since our D cord. decided to stop talking ot the media.

Apparently in the late 80s the skins were playing the eagles in Philly. During halftime, Joe Gibbs threw full gatorade juggs off the tables, spilling all over the floor, and then he began to go over the halftime adjustments. I am 100% sure there was some yelling from Gibbs during that halftime.
They came from behind and won that game.

Funny reading all the support for Todd Collins. Postgame, Coach JZ already stated that he plans on going back to JC again next week vs the E-Gals. So you might as well give that arguemnet up. Like I said earlier, JC - TC, only the first initial is different. The on-field performance isn't much diffferent. The one thing in common they both have? Coach JZ. Nice guy. Always gave a great effort on the field. But he's NOT an NFL caliber head coach.

JZ is the only kind of caliber of coach willing to come to work for the clown who owns the team

The problems go so far beyond the offensive line. Cassell was under as much, if not more, pressure than our qb's. The bottom line is that on offense, from the coaches down to the third stringers, we stink. We have a starting qb that is poor mechanically, doesn't read defenses well, misses open receivers, is a poor leader, and is afraid to make plays. At the running back spot we have zero speed and despite his career-long run, Portis is no longer a game breaking threat. Betts is awful, he can't pass block and is good for 2-3 yards a pop. At wide receiver, Thomas and Kelly looks like garbage, ARE hasn't broken a tackle in 10 years, and Moss is getting double covered because we have no other threat. The offensive line is pathetic, with no young talent that looks anywhere close to being NFL caliber. Zorn, meanwhile, as an offensive play caller looks completely lost and in way over his head.
There is no quick fix on offense and it is going to have to be completely blown up to get better. Unfortunately, we waited too long to address oline and now we are left with a draft that is defense-heavy with very little oline talent. Luckily, there is a good amount of qb talent likely coming out this year so we should be able to address at least one of our needs in the first round.

I don't see anything helping this team this year. Quarterback is an issue. There is no offensive line. None. There is virtually no possibility that we will score points on offense at this point, except for those occasions when the defense gives them great field position. The Defense will give up large chunks, especially in the second half. Nothing is more damaging to a Defense than an Offense that can't get first downs. Hence, there is no reason to worry too much about the coaching staff.
On the other hand, this would be a good time to start working on a front office.

Everytime people mention...get rid of this guy, trade that guy, our line sucks, bench or QB, the playcalling of the coach is horible, blah balh blah...it all point back to the arcitect of this team...VINNY.
People, stay focused on Vinny and he'll be out of here. Don't point the attention to players. Yes they suck, but it'll be more of the same if we miss this opportunity to get rid of Vinny.
We now have ex players speaking up about Vinny. We've got current players speaking about him. Add to that some of the most fanatic fans in the NFL threatening to boycott, and we'll end up with a very good GM and coach, and that equals Super Bowls.
Keep focused in your complaints and keep the pressure high. We've got him our sights.
He's starting to squirm (hiring Sherm Lewis, asking Coach to stop the playcalling). I'm telling you, it's got to be on Snyders mind.

TC didn't do jack. He's MORE of a liability due to the porous O-line.
The defense is STILL freakin soft. STILL have DBs 10 yards off the line, regardless of the down and distance.
CP is being weened out of the offense. If anything, put CP in as a 3rd down back and run Betts 1st/2nd. CP can catch better and block better. Besides the longest run of his career (behind Sellers, no less), he really didn't do that much outof hte ordinary.
Moss can catch TC's lofty balls, but has a hard time with JC's lasers. No excuse, just sayin.
WHERE THE HELL WAS COOLEY? He needs to be a 1st or 2nd read in a play EVERY play.
Keep in mind this defense was dead last in the league...and we couldn't score 1 lousy touchdown. I don't know what else to say.
BTW, that PI on Tryon was 4 yards off the LoS. I checked it 3 times. More bogus calls, but whatever, it's not like we were moving the ball.

bingo i'm so sick of this ass clown
here is his latest move
http://blog.washingtonpost.com/redskinsinsider/

that will fix a under talented o-line that you ignored anyway Vinny ...Mr lets go get the best player in the draft instead of drafting for the needs of the team.
Wrong move after wrong move god you suck Vinny!!
Yes it might fix some of the going for it on fourth down to much b.s. but how in the hell are you going to get #74 to play and not get blown of the line looking like a bad college player that has no business in the NFL?
oh that's right take the coaches play calling from him. I see why are a such a good G.M. or goofball of operations whatever you want to call it.
