This is where my money is. I can't imagine anyone thinks trading Parcells for Phillips is a good thing. I'm thoroughly enjoying the current love fest for the "player's coach". How quickly that will change when the losses start to pile up. It's going to be a great year!

Turned around a 3 year 5-11 team

Playoffs twice

talented drafted? alot hell of alot better

overall future, looks more bright thanks to what Parcells did for the
Cowboys

But not a single playoff win. You claim that Lombardi trophy only counts. But You are Talking about failing in the playoffs. PFFFFT!

Never the less still turned around a dismal
5-11 team over 3 years, and managed to
draft better talent while managing to get
the power out of Jerry Jones hands and
allowing it to be where it should be in the
hands of the head coach

I would rather see the Cowgirls go 5-11 or 0-16 would make me much happier. Heck I would like them to turn into last years raiders. That would be sweet.
