Fact. The reply above was written by me, not a cut and paste, based on research AND my recollections from then.
Oh, well, who needs to identify sources when you can simply pull them out of your ass?.....
Fact. Kerry met with members of the North Vietnamese delegation several times in Paris.
FICTION - There is only one documented trip by Kerry to Paris....

Fact. Kerry was not authorized to negotiate with the above delegation
FICTION (misleading statement) - Since when does attending a Peace Talk constitute a formal negotiation? Kerry himself said "I realize that full well as a study of political science. I realize that we cannot negotiate treaties, and I realize that even my visits in Paris, precedents had been set by Senator [Eugene] McCarthy and others, in a sense are on the borderline of private individuals negotiating, et cetera.".....

Fact. Kerry presented the North Vietnamese position, and pushed his view that it should be accepted as was.
Uhhhh.....let's see, before I dispute this one, I should ask....so what?
Fact. Kerry treated with the enemy to the detriment of the US, an act with constitutes treason.
FICTION - "Treated"? You mean they shared tea and cookies? I think you should explain how meeting with a foreign delegation (while our country is NOT in a declared war) constitutes treason. Did he provide them information on troop positions? How about technical specifications on Navy ships? No?
Fact. I make no effort to call these meetings "secret", which is really the only discrepancy your article notes in the Fox News report. It certainly does not challenge the facts as I state above.
FICTION - The article was to illustrate that "Kerry's visit to Paris was not to formally participate in negotiations with Communist leaders." This challenged your statement "This is treating with the enemy" from your previous reply.
