looking forward to next season
Well guys i'm no quitter iv'e been a Redskins fan for as long as I have been a Football fan (1978). I love Gibbs and i love my team, and I always will, but as I look ahead to the rest of or schedule I have to say that things don't look good for us. Can we turn things around? Sure we can! Has it happened in the past? Yes it has, but all of this begins with change. Although Gibbs has to know in his heart that Mark isn't half the QB that he used to be he still insists on keeping him in there, Portis is learning to wait as opposed to just shotting out there and trying to make his own holes in the opposing D-line. our O-line is giving the Qb the time needed to get rid of the ball but fails to open routes for the running back fast enough. we need to make changes and right away or just take this year as a learning year and go on to the next. What do we do?

What do we do?
You raise a valid question after 6 games, my friend. I agree, this season IS OVER. I can't wait for the next great offseason to begin!
But, to answer your question, I think Danny should just jump at the opportunity to get a leg up on the competition, and arrange a Redskins Cruise (the chargers are doing at the end of the year). Danny should just forfeit the remainder of the schedule, buy a private island, and arrange for fans to overpay to go on a cruise with the coach and some 2nd stringers (LEMAR, anyone?). That would really put us on the map, right?????
...or we could regroup over the bye week, play out the remainder of the season, and see if our #2-ranked defense can conitue to hold up, while our offense begins to flourish.
Which do you think is the more reasonable idea?
Back and better than ever!

Get ready for Green Bay, we've got 2 weeks to practice...2 weeks for Brunnell and the receiving corps to get their timing down. 2 weeks to heal any nagging injuries.

I wish we could find a decent starting center in the two week layoff... cory raymer is pitiful... he is the weak link on the line right now...
See right now I'm on lettuce... Pretty soon I'll be on fries... After that.. The grill... And after that... Comes Assistant. Manager.... and That's When the Big Bucks roll in!

I can tell that a portion of the fan base has been so distorted over the current ownership that the best time to look forward to by them is... the offseason!!!
Sure, Danny will not dissapoint you . We have won every off-season for the last few years. The excitment of new contacts, the smell of players agents, the fast moves in the priavte jet, the new player press conferences, my, my my!
Just the kind of thing that makes some Skins fans the best in the NFL. I can not wait either.

Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!
