- Traffic was real tough. Sat in the car staring at the stadium for an hour. Seems like every year the local police and parking lot attendants need to get it together at the expense of the opener. Still made it in by noon.
- Security getting into the stadium was not that bad. An extra patdown was the only change I saw.
- Stadium was about the same. Don't dig those FedEx colors - should be all Burgandy and Gold. One great new addition is the Hooters restaurant. On the Club level right by my seats. Nice distraction between quarters. I think they also sell food but not sure.... Couldn't get past the eye candy in orange.

- Crowd was mostly good and noisy. The tv timeouts were timed badly - we had momentum and were screaming during a couple but the prolonged wait quieted us down a bit. Still a good loud crowd. Have to say though - the stadium announcer (aka fluff boy) sucks! His pre-game warmup is so poor I was embarrassed for him.

- Very exciting to see Coach Gibbs on the sidelines. We all knew he would be there but to see it in person - goose bumps!
- Best plays. The Portis run was sweet but the nails in the Bucs coffin were delivered by the D. The Bowen sacks and Lavar's leap to bring down Brad's pass were excellent. Lavar was a good 10 feet away and Brad tried to loft it to no avail. The interception couldn't have come at a better time. Really killed the Bucs on that play.
- Best thing I saw all day other than this sweet little thing in a short US flag dress was the defense's tackling. The first guy actually hit the runner/receiver and either dropped him or held him up long enough to get help. Tackling looked solid - a great difference from the past couple of seasons.
- Even though Brunell didn't have a great day he didn't do anything to lose the game. The fumble really wasn't his fault. That play was right in front of us and he was stepped on by the center. He made enough plays to keep us in the game and when pressed - got out of it. I have to say if Ramsey would have been in there we would not have won. There were several chances for Brunell to force it in and didn't. I don't think Ramsey would have been so prudent. WIth that said - Brunell and the recievers need to step it up a notch if we want to continue to win. Didn't see much separation with the receivers. Gardner looked good though and was fighting for position - very physical play....
All in all a solid performance. Hopefully not shades of last year - start off well only to stumble badly. My thinking - not with Coach on the sidelines.
Oh almost forgot - SSSSSMMMMMMOOOOOOTTTTTTTT! That guy really stepped up. Need more of that!
