This is pretty cool... Not just the love he gives his players, I found the conversation with Mcvay VERY interesting.. he tells coach how in the first 8 games they didn't trust him because he was new, but that the playing with the foot on the gas the whole time is WORKING, and we need more of it!! Hail ya we do!!! Mcvay says something along the lines of "I know, I'm learning too man..."
Here's to more aggressive play calling, and utilizing our play makers! Cheers

“He was at that time the smartest player in the league. We did everything we could to try to eliminate him from the play. We knew if we didn’t neutralize him, then we had less of a chance of winning.” - John Hannah on Chris Hanburger
Awesome! Thanks for posting this it is fun to listen to the happy warriors at work. Imagine 10 years of Kirk with Scot keeping the roster up to snuff and the coaches growing along with the team as they win championships!

You guys are the best!!! That's all YOU!!
No emoji for fainting, but I'd use it if we had one.
So are you saying that you've come around? Is this official?
Nice to see; and I'll leave it at that.......
Absolutely! I've ALWAYS given Kirk (or any qb for us for that matter) his props when earned. I've been possibly a little hard on him after some of his poor showings... But I've been a pretty clear fan of his on here since his turning point ala the Bucs game: You Like THAT?!
I've posted many a times how much i dug this possessed mad man who took the place of the mistake prone, self imploder... He has put together one HELLUVA run, and cemented his spot as the franchise qb. Easily.
In the mic'd up he talks about the full throttle offense, and I can't agree more. We can be extremely explosive- I hope he can orchestrate a win on Sat for the division crown, and maybe even a deep play off run... Win or lose the future is bright tho!
