What makes you think the Giants won't win out in the next 5 weeks or so???
that's easy: 1 - look at their schedule and even the most diehard vagiants fan will not say we are winning all of those games
2 - they are not a very good team - they have a couple of very good players but they do not play well together
I see a lot of the vagiants of 2007 in this Redskins team - we're not as good a team as that team but we're starting to believe and play well together at the right time - we all understand that we're fortunate to be in a division that really sucks this year but we also know that we're rebuilding and will only get better - we're already seeing clear evidence of that
this game this week is all we have to do and I think we're going to have 2 weeks in a row where the Redskins win and the other 3 teams lose
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)
I've heard that exact same thing said about Carolina and they are currently 11-0, and if the Gints can be the ones who end Carolina's win streak, I don't see why they couldn't run the table and close out the year at least regular season wise on a positive note

Nothing would surprise me at this point.

the vagiants have the worst defense in the NFL - this 'distinction' has been earned and is well deserved - they could win the Carolina game, they are not winning all 5 - no way - btw - they have a tough game this Sunday as well

Anything is possible, but NYG has a difficult remaining schedule with NYJ, @MIA, CAR, @MIN, and PHI. I think it isn't out of the question NYG gets to 9 wins, but they will most likely lose to CAR and per @MIN. The NYJs aren't an easy W either. After all, the NYGs don't have 1 win vs. an above .500 team this season...
As far as CAR, I personally think the NYG game is their toughest remaining game. ATL is in a downward spiral. Depending on TB's playoff situation, that could be a game.
Not dismissing the fact they have Minnesota and Carolina as the 2 biggest obstacles remaining on their schedule, but the Jets, Dolphins and E-girls are all wins in my book, now the real question becomes Carolina and Minnesota? and let's not forget the last time everyone thought the Gints were down and out for good
they somehow found a way to win and ended up destroying the Patriots perfect season, so all I am saying nothing can be counted out as of yet

I think they'll beat the Jets this weekend. Pretty much agree with what you're saying, though I'm finding it hard because of your avatar.
Honestly, if the Eagles weren't playing the Patriots this weekend I wouldn't count them completely out either. But I think its likely they'll get whipped this weekend and it will be the KO. Good riddance. Chip Kelly totally deserves this season.

Oh I agree good riddance to Kelly all though I hope he does stay on board, I find he is doing an excellent job destroying everything Andy Reid put together and can not wait for their return to the endless years of misery in the NFC East basement where they rightfully belong
btw - it looks very much like the NFC East is going to end up completely the opposite of what anyone with any sense thought ...
1 Redskins 2 Giants 3 Eagles and 4 pukes
gotta love it

who cares - we should win, whether that is by 1 or 21 I could care less - actually a last second FG from 65 yards when we're down by 2
we are actually in the mix to win the NFC East - are you freakin' kidding me - we are not a deep franchise yet and we have a bunch of injuries (just like the rest of the NFL) but we're playing the pukes at home in December, and we're favored to win - our guys are UP for this game

Truth? I don't know if they'll win out these last stretch of games...but the law of probability does come into play does it not? if you think back to the last time NY was in this type of situation, they rallied somehow and managed to sweep through the playoffs and thus defeating the Patriots in the super bowl
their odds currently are as good as anyone elses but even IF they win 3 that maybe good enough to win this rotten division outright, before we say gooodbye to them in the wild card rd

You mean last year? No? Oh, then the year before that? No? Oh, then the year before that?
This myth that the Giants have a magical ability to turn it on especially when they are in the playoff hunt needs to die. Yes, it happened once. Then it didn't happen in 2012 when everyone was calling for it. Then they had two horrible seasons. . Let's move on.

Well maybe the vagiants can win the rest of their games for you ... - they just lost a game they should haver won - the refs did everything they could to 'help' their NY team - some of the ball spots were just blatantly bad

the vagiants LOSE a game they should have won and could have won - I LOVE IT
bye bye beady eyed coach - I cannot stand this crybaby HC

OK - vagiants lose - now we need the Pats to find a way and then we take care of the pukes on Monday
GOTTA LOVE THIS ...

Kelly is the boss in PHI, he's there for a while and the pukes are sticking with Jones/Garret/Homo for a while yet

Cowboys can get back in NFC East race with win vs. Redskins
At 3-8, the Cowboys have the worst record in the NFC. Yet with a win Monday night against the Washington Redskins, the Cowboys would be just one game out of first place in the NFC East.
