Heads are rolling....so we aren't doing too badly!

Whiz is out of Tenn.
Pep Hamilton OC of Colts got the boot.

All you Gruden haters? I've always said he ain't too bad. Give the guy a chance.

Last year, I started a Thread/poll about who would stay in 2015: Gruden or Griff

We see where that went..................

this franchise is getting better under Scot's guidance - Gruden is getting a chance to show that he's not just another good OC that can't hack it as a HC - Cousins is getting a chance to show that he's not just a good back-up QB and Griffin is "on ice" ..... for now

all is good - we're at 3-4 and quite easily could be 6-1 or even 7-0 ... the next few games will show us a lot

this season would be a huge success at 8-8 but even more important will be to find out if Gruden really is a HC or if Cousins is really more than just a back-up .. and ... MOST IMPORTANT of all - is Scot in charge here?

Griffin is not even a factor, in my humble opinion ...... but he could be
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

If the Skins folded a couple weeks ago I don't think Gruden would have lasted thru the bye week. I believe he has earned a grace period for reassesment, esp when you consider the onside kick call with a new kicker etc.

I doubt that this FO makes a stupid mistake like letting a HC go mid-season - Gruden needs to show that he's a good HC - IMO, he's not shown that yet, but he has 9 more games and anything can happen

winning this game this week would be a good thing

He'd have lasted. No one with any credibility wants the job. We can thank Dan Snyder for that.
