Draft Kings and Fan Duel are gambling systems. Should not be legal, and NFL, NBA, MLB should not support them. I'm waiting for Pete Rose to do a TV commercial for one of them.

Correct. They are also under federal investigation for the SEC equivalent of insider trading since employees who have access to the algorithms used are not prohibited from playing.

The reason DraftKings wasn't named in this suit is because they have a deal with the NFLPA.
