Its going to take some defense and ST. Our offense can get going with a little help.

I'm gonna watch an old "Dukes of Hazzard" episode on the DVR. Less maddening and less predictable than this garbage.

Re: Gameday Thread: Giants-Redskins
Paulsen needs to have a short memory in the second half. Paul is out for the rest of the game so he's all we have at TE.

I'm no Football expert......but why not bump the WR on the line to get them off their timing and routes....?

How in the H-E-double toothpicks was Paulsen supposed to get down when the entire giants D was holding him upright for a good 15 seconds? If he had enough power to get down from that position, then he could've broken the tackles and scored....
Part of the game. That's what good DEFs do. I wish our inept D could make a play

Paulsen gave up the football... period.
Re: Gameday Thread: Giants-Redskins
This team will never win until they change the name! We are at home and the refs are against us and I seriously want to punch Simms in throat!

The team is embarrassing and I'm practicing Synder ownership skills. I sat Donnell in fantasy football this week.

Paulson has always sucked. How he is still in the league is beyond me. I personally know 2-3 TEs out of the league that are better.
That being said, our D is what has been exposed. I thought we were going to be worse compared to last year with the loss of Fletch, and now I'm VERY confident my preseason inclination is 100% correct.
NYG is making us look like a bunch of little b!tches
RIP Sean Taylor. You will be missed.
Re: Gameday Thread: Giants-Redskins
How about we direct our anger at Riley and Merriweather, who were getting burned last week and continue to do the same this week.

Keeping Jim Haslett was a monumental error is a long line of monumental errors.

U think that has anything at all to do with the current state of this game?????
We r getting outplayed in all areas. The refs are fine. Let's not complain like a bunch of little girls who just got their barbies stolen.

Re: Gameday Thread: Giants-Redskins
This team needs a major attitude adjustment. How many years in a row are we going to let the giants come in here and totally manhandle us??? Absolutely unacceptable.

Yes. One if the reasons gruden has to prove to me he's not an idiot. Had he fired him and hired Phillips, it'd take a lot for me not to like him --- but instead kept one of the worst DCs I've ever seen

That sucks, I'm playing him and he's torching the Skins secondary. Jordan reed is my starting TE, so had no choice but to start Donell

I absolutely do. The Giants are playing downhill with the benefit of knowing the calls will go their way. That PI against Bauman was an Illegal Contact for any other team. Orakpo hasn't seen a Holding call all game, yet Paulsen gets called for a hold by a ref ten yards away from the play by a ref who was on Paulsen's backside -- he couldn't see his hands. The hit out of bounds? No calls by two refs there.
These things change games.
Re: Gameday Thread: Giants-Redskins
Holding the receivers hand is not pass interference?
Re: Gameday Thread: Giants-Redskins
Nice pick-up by Helu.
