David Amerson - DB - Redskins
Redskins CB David Amerson is expected to get a chance to start in 2014.
Amerson, the 51st selection in last April's draft, served as the Redskins No. 3 corner behind DeAngelo Hall and Josh Wilson as a rookie. Both Wilson and Hall are set to become free agents. There will likely be mutual interest between Hall and the Redskins regarding a new deal, but Wilson struggled and will probably be elsewhere. Amerson (6-foot-1, 205) has the ideal length to play outside. Washington will also be eyeing corners in free agency and the draft.

yea, I think they'll sign talib or hall, and Amerson should be given a chance to start, simply because we can't fill all the holes, and he shows the most promise of all the in-house backups at any position. I'd still get a contingency plan/decent nickel guy.

Amerson played well considering he was a rookie. Amerson will start in my opinion.
