The Redskins have finalized preparations for Fan Day this Saturday, August 7. Below is the schedule for the day's events. (Note: the schedule is subject to change.
8:00 a.m.
Parking lots and gates open to training camp.
10:00-10:30 a.m.
Morning walk-through practice: special teams.
11:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Morning walk-through practice: offense/defense.
12:00 p.m.
Fan Day festivities begin with a Redskins Cheerleaders autograph session.
2:00 p.m.
Redskins Leadership Council giveaways announced, followed by first performance by the Redskins Marching Band.
2:15 p.m.
Redskins Cheerleaders perform.
2:45 p.m.
More Redskins Leadership Council giveaways announced, followed by second performance by the Redskins Marching Band.
3:00 p.m.
Head coach Joe Gibbs addresses the fans!
3:30 p.m.
Afternoon practice starts.
5:30 p.m.
Afternoon practice ends, with a player autograph session starting soon afterwards.
6:15 p.m.
Player autograph session ends.
7:30 p.m.
Redskins Park gates close.
