I thought they had changed the rules so 7 year contracts were not allowed. Is his contract an exception?

I think you can only stretch the signing bonus over six years for cap purposes, but the length of the actual contract is not an issue.

or how about a thread that gloats about having all four of our picks signed before camp, while dallas has yet to sign any of their picks.

I like these new agents. They fly to Redskins Park to complete the deal b/c they knew it was within reach. Lavar - switch agents man! :-)

I'm very exited about him being on the field for training camp (and possibly some passing camp). Great news...

Now that Taylor has signed, my friend Spiro T. wants to know what the "nattering nabobs of negativity" will wring their hands over now...

Now I can relax!!!!!!

I must admit I was getting worried that he would hold out and wouldn't be the starter this year because of it.

But now....I don't have to worry about that no more!!!!

I'm so happy to see Taylor sign. I know with him, lavar, and washington our "D" as a whole might not be at 100%, but that trio is going to have alot more success and production then we've had in recent years. I'm just glad to see that he has signed and can become the power hitter he is. He just needs to work on his work ethic (missing meetings) to answering reporters(press conference). I know joe will whip him into shape and help him mature quickly.

I may dedicate one whole practice just to watching ST.

It's good to be right, isn't it?

ahhh... I think I'll bask in my righteousness for a while.

They don't miss a trick, half of the time I feel like we have our own little version of the Redskin "Pentagon". Our radar is up in all directions and too scoop these guys in here is a real honor. It doesn't happen often, and besides at least we get the information when it happens....hot off the press.

As for Taylor, bout damn time! Now that the contract is out of the way, let's get down to business.
I have travelled the net and found the Redskins promise land. This is, by far, the best site out there for Redskins/NFL News, Notes, Opinions, and so much more.
