I doubt if he would sign since we have Riley already starting opposite of Fletch. I'm sure Goff would want to go somewhere where he will start right away and he wont do that here. I'm sure him and Riley would have a heck of a TC battle but I don't see it happening although it would be great depth great ST help and a possible replacement for Fletch but this dude wants to start even if its a one year deal for a bottom dweller.
