Ready For Eddie; Cowboys Sign RB

IRVING, Texas -- The Cowboys were prepared to enter training camp with three healthy running backs having totaled 358 career yards rushing.
Now the Cowboys have four running backs to take to Oxnard, Calif., next week, but that grand total has suddenly jumped to 10,367 yards.
The signing of one Eddie George can do that.
The Cowboys on Friday afternoon officially announced the signing of George, an eight-year veteran who was released by the Titans just two days before he became the newest running back in Dallas.
