Well, After viewing this video, I agree with Baldinger. Whoever we get at QB will take a while to gel with the receiver corps, and with the differences between NFL and college. I would expect a minimum of half a season to a full season. I also agree with the thoughts of Billick in that we really won't know if we made a great trade for the #2 pick, a good trade, or a bad trade, for several years. But, as he mentioned, this is the type of player that you would gamble on. I am all in on the trade......much prefer a potential stud QB then a OL as a top 6 draft choice.

I don't think it'll take that long for them to gel. There's a full offseason this year unlike last year, we'll be just fine.
