reynolds signs with cleveland?
why didn't we make a move on this kid? it was all a matter of timing. he got hurt early on and didn't get the chance to show what he was made of,,,,,,that sucks because i feel it in my gut that this kid has what it takes to bad he's to prove green Bay wrong as a member of cleveland and not a redskin.

Here's the link from ESPN. Reynolds indeed signed with Cleveland today.

How many more sleeps until next season?
3 years and no starts.....two knee injuries....That sounds like a pretty good reason to me.
First he failed his physical. That right there seems like enough of a reason to me not to sign him. Especially given our current cap situation.
But here is the bigger thing to me. In three years he managed to get three sacks and 12 solo tackles AND no coach thought that he was worth starting. That's the kicker to me.
That sounds like a pretty good reason to me. I'm sure that Gibbs and Williams in company know what they are doing.

A former Florida State standout, and projected as a player who would eventually emerge as a double-digit sack threat, Reynolds was the 10th overall player taken in the 2001 draft. But he never came close to fulfilling his potential with the Packers, in part because of injuries, but also because he seemed to lack the tools requisite to being a consistent pass rusher off the edge.
Reynolds, 25, was beset by knee injuries in both 2001 and 2002. But even when healthy last season, he appeared in a career-low five games. For his career, Reynolds has just 17 tackles, three sacks and two forced fumbles.
That sounds like a pretty good reason to me. I'm sure that Gibbs and Williams in company know what they are doing.

I think we should have gotten him too...
Sure Joe Gibbs is a legend, Gregg Williams is a good defensive coordinator, but how will we win when the d-line looks so shoddy?
I guess we better hope for star performances from Daniels, Griffin and Noble

One thing that everyone keeps forgetting is that these guys know how to make guys who arn't big name players play.
Exactly, I've been preaching the same thing for months. We didn't have real coaches last year, we now have guys who can make these underachievers shine! We are going to be a huge surprise because people are only looking at our purchases as improvements, but it will be across the board and significant!
The road to the number 1 pick gaining speed!

It was a perfect fit for Cleveland who is in desperate need of another DE with bad knees.
What kind of physical do the Browns use? Maybe their X-Ray machine is actually those glasses you can order out of the back of comic books.
