My name is DEHog and I'm a footballaholic...my name is simlpe I live in Delaware(sucks now that JH know who's I am, not I have to behave my damn self!) hence the name DEHog. To be honest I didn't think I'd be here long then SfaninR and I got into a nice debate and next thing you know it's 2004. I guess I could've given it some more thought but it's really grown on me. Since I travel to the games from DE I think it works. Plus don't you have to give up your first born to change it??

Go get 'em Fran!

Glad to hear you're not a satin lover Scott! I was wondering what that was all about.
God bless our troops and Joe Gibbs.

Explain your username!

Post by NikiH »

Don't know if this has ever been a post before, but if so it was before my time here.

Some people like myself have absolutely no imagination and use their actual names.

But for those of you who don't, what does your name mean? Where did you get it from?

I think y'all know why I picked "Justice Hog". I tried to think of a lot of names about the law, but the more I thought about my job (being a prosecutor), the more I though my job was to do "justice" day in and day out. So....

To quote what I previously wrote in another thread in response to this question:

I am a Deputy Attorney General (i.e., criminal prosecutor) and I view my primary responsibility is to do "justice" each and every day.

I contemplated the name of "Law Hog"; however, there are a lot of lawyers out there that practice law....that don't necessarily care about "justice".

I am proud of what I do and I can sleep soundly each and every night because I know that each and every day I try to do the "right" thing...playing by the rules and, if that results in me sending a very bad, dangerous person away for many, many years.....all the better!

I wish I could change mine. I have the perfect name, it's non football related but it would actually suggest Sam Huff with the name itself.

Mods. . .?

(I realize that a change name policy could be destructive, so feel free to ignore this post). . .

I like your made up story DE. You should have stuck with it. But at least the Delaware thing took some thought.
