It feels good to win a game that we were supposed to win.

They have a great running back tandem in Hightower and Helu. Too bad we have played two teams the last two weeks with poor secondaries as the play calling reflected it. I can't wait to play a team with a poor run defense.
Poor secondaries? Here comes Dallas!!! Three in a row.
The draft was great for the Skins and the other pieces are falling into place except for Gano.
Amen except for the Gano part- not ready to write him of just yet.

They've improved greatly over past years. Even in this game, when it mattered we made good on it. I wouldn't call it our biggest problem.

It was this play or the 4th down TD to Moss. To me though Byron Westbrooks play was it. Salisbury U. grad. The only Seagull in the NFL!

I went to Salisbury so I might be a bit biasd.

Hey Chris - please identify those fans that "gave up" on this team during the game - I could only catch the begining of the game but noticed in the game day thread that you indicated there were some faint of heart fans

what's up with that?
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

The Skins inability to finish drives is by far their biggest problem right now...I don't see any other issues with this team right now that even comes close...

can we all please drop the tedious, ridiculous, and jouvenile "i'm a better fan than you" garbage? everyone here (with the exception of a troll or two) is here because they're a fan, because they care about the team, and want them to win. if they weren't a fan and didn't care, they wouldn't waste their time.
we've been conditioned to expect to blow these games. if someone thought and expressed that during the game, have mercy on them; it means they take the losses hard, because they care- and as a result their instincts are trying to help them brace themselves for disaster and soften the blow. instead of getting into pissing contests, let's try to all feel good and bask in the win, and being undefeated and alone at the top of the NFC East!

I'm one of the fans these self proclaimed "elite" fans are always griping about. It's difficult not to think the worst is going to happen when that's exactly what has happened 90% of the time over the last 20 years. You're absolutely right, watching this happen for so long conditions you to expect the worst. Besides, what good does it do to be blindly optimistic? If I say "they're done" during a game thread, and then they come back and win, that's the kind of wrong I don't mind being....
